It’s recovery Monday! Rest and recovery is a workout and is no less important than anything else you are doing for your fitness journey. I felt great and less sore after a cryotherapy session from @subzerotyler. I was a little concerned about if I would like it or not, but it was pretty cool (corny pun intended). Going more than 200 degrees below zero really was tolerable and is great for inflammation among other things. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I’ll be back!
