I would like to speed up the recovery process. Different things work for different people but I stretched and rolled my legs before taking an ice bath. After that I do a slow walk and I’m about to take a hot bath with epsom salt. Later I’ll do some Gua Sha work focusing on my calves as they’re the most sore right now. I’ll get the tens machine out too.
